Chrysler 300 SRT8

The winner of our latest dragrace is samvesters - better known as me... The task at hand was the big, new 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8! The opponent, the always eager to battle ta2man!

The most obvious, and one of the few actual mods to the exterior, must be the satin paintjob. This also was the first mod I knew I really wanted to incorporate in this chop. The drop and stance came kind of naturally but instead of going for traditional musclecar rims, I chose these burned black VS KF rims which are mostly found at Japanese cars like Silvias. Windowrim and wingmirrors were also made in burned black to match.

Next up was the interior! Together with the winddeflectors, the curtains give the car a VIPish look. Only at the end I decided to roll down the windows to show off the leather interior a bit more. Because the car looked a bit boring when entirely satin, the roof became glossy black, just as a small strip below the doors.

Last up were the details as the darkened headlights with red projectors and ignited DRLs. Afterwards the brake callipers were painted red to match these projectors. These two red items are the only - well needed - source of color in this picture.

This is awesome. No doubt

This is awesome. No doubt about it, this design really deserves the award. - JustFab
