With the 2016 CES event happening in Las Vegas, we get to see some incredible things from some of the brightest people. This year, an electric racecar like none other was unveiled and it is absolutely incredible. It's called Faraday Future FFZERO1 and it is "more than a concept car - it is a car of concepts." The FFZERO1 is a electric racecar capable of generating over 1,000 hp and that doesn't even scratch the surface of how amazing this car really is.
Just how quickly can the FFZERO1 move? The concept car can accelerate from 0 to 60 in less than three seconds and it can reach speeds of 200+MPH. The exterior of the car helps a lot with the speed as it is sculpted by aerodynamics to deliver high-performance and efficiency. Every part serves a purpose and everything is designed with the driver in mind. The car even has smartphone integration in the steering wheel for personal setups and custom configurations.
Although unlikely to be an actual production car, Faraday Future goal with the FFZERO1 is to pave a way for cleaner and more intelligent vehicles. By showcasing a high-performing electric racecar, they hope that it will serve as an inspiration for clean energy and power efficient electric cars. The company hopes to make real production cars in the next couple of years.
