2011 Best dual core Android smartphones

Year 2011 brings us some new technologies when talking about smartphone industry. The most inovative thing in smartphone industry this year is certanly dual-core CPU technology. Many manufacturers presented their dual-core wonder, here are some of them: 

Samsung Galaxy S II. 

With a great success of his predecessor Galaxy S, Galaxy S II. comes with an even better Super AMOLED Plus screen, faster dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor, and many inovative things like MHL or Mobile High-Definition video Link ports (micro-USB port that can switch from USB-mode to MHL depending on the device connected).

Motorola Droid Bionic

Featuring a 4.3'' TFT capacitive screen, Dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor, ULP GeForce GPU and Tegra 2 chipset, Motorola Droid Bionic will certanly be a big competitor. Another great thing about this smartphone is it's battery which is Li-Po 1930 mAh. 

LG Optimus 2X

This is the first dual-core CPU smartphone. Released in December 2010., it actually started dual-core revolution. It features Dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor, 512 MB RAM and 8 MP auto focus camera with LED flash.

LG Optimus 3D

Another dual-core smartphone from LG with Dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 proccessor, PowerVR SGX540 GPU and TI OMAP4430 chipset. The main thing that separates this smartphone from the others is true 3D display (without need to use 3D glasses). Because of that 3D display it will feature LG 3D UI.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc

A great dual-core smartphone also comes from Sony Ericsson company. With it's beautiful, sleek design it will certanly distinguish from the others. It will use 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, Adreno 205 GPU and 512 MB RAM.  It records 720p HD video and offers EDGE, GPRS, Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth etc.
