I will atempt to rebrush in either matte or gloss black so I will need help on this one!!! To start and I have not changed wheels yet but does the approaching angle of this chop work for this BG...

I think for that kind of brush it would be better if you crop the image a bit, so you can focus more on car and have bigger ''car'' size to work on.
And when brushing matte color, is good to have certain refrence pic, like those below, I used them on my previous matte black EVO X.

Make sure you change the shadow under the car!
Looks like the car is pasted on the picture :D

Looking great so far... When you will sort out the shadow, it will be even better.

And for more ''dramatic'' looking backgroud, I suggest you lower the saturation a bit, so the background won't be so green. And I would darken the road on right corner, like vignette. So you can focus more on a car when watching the pic.

Umm... I don't like that black fade around the image...
There can be a tiny bit of it but you overdid it.. Maybe putting 5% opacity on that black fade layer would help a little!
Other than that it looks great!
