OK, as most of you know, in canada, we get snow half a year. So half a year i can barely work outside to do the model...

what happened was i took the doors from the broken shell and put it over to the good one.
BUT, i realized the doors were way too heavy and my mini hinges couldnt have held them in place.
So what i ended up doing yesterday and today, was making a female mold of ANOTHER shell (just the door area), vacuum forming just that door piece for accurate thickness, and then trim it out again to put on the car.
That way i have a equal thickness throughout the door, and super lightweight.
