Volkswagen Golf VII by RDX

The Golf has hit it's 7th generation and being such a popular car, tuners are rushing to implement and develop new styling parts.

That's the case for German tuner, RDX, which has developed a new set of bumpers, sideskirts, new hatch spoiler and rear apron - which overall, induce a sportier look to the Golf. For a meaner look, the car also received a pair of color coded eyebrows.

All the parts are manufactured in Germany, from polyurethane plastic.

Just before it's official debut, new Golf VII gets all across the internet with it's first leaked images.

Leaked images show big similarity with it's predecessor Golf VI - but with much sharper lines and more aggressive stance. Although not much have changed in the exterior, new interior features better quality materials with flat-bottom steering wheel, metallic accents with gloss black trim.

This ride is fitted with an 18" OZ Racing Allegerita HLT. I'd say not a usual choice for a continental vehicle, but still aesthetically pleasing nonetheless.

Volkswagen considers joining Formula 1?

Wolfgang Durheimer, Volkswagen's representative, in his chat with famous German business magazine Wirtschaftswoche told that his future plans for the company also includes F1-related stuff.

Those stuff appear to be becoming an engine supplier for Toro Rosso, with which they are already linked commercially.

"Later this year I will put forward proposals to the executive group for (involvement in) not only the racing series that we do already," said Durheimer.
