tuning program

Mini Coupe Targa by RevoZport

if you think that the Cooper S or the Cooper Works program isn't enough for you, RevoZport takes care of you. They have recently revealed plans for both the Coupe and Roadster models.

The program involves exterior tuning, with kevlar over fenders, front/rear bumpers, carbon roof and a proeminent spoiler. Revised side skirts and a vented hood. All in all, this shaves 30kg off the weight and widens the car by 15mm.

2013 Audi A3 by ABT

ABT doesn't lose time, the new A3 has just been announced and the German tuner already started working on a tuning program, called AS3.

As usual, ABT does things completely, with aero package which include new spoiler, rear spoiler and side skirts. Suspension modifications contain a coilover system, new lightweight wheels and enlarged brake discs.

On the performance note, they re-mapped the ECU for both 2.0L engines(petrol and diesel), the TFSI engine pumps up 250HP and the diesel 200HP.

BMW M5 F10 by Hamann

Another day, another reveal ahead of Geneva Motor Show. Once again, we showcase Hamann, this time with their special tuning program for the latest generation BMW M5, the F10.

As they already got us used to, they offer a full package which consists in exterior and interior modifications, along performance tweaks, so let's get more intimate with that.

Outside, we find a wide body kit, with massive arches, that host 21" rims, rubbed around Continental Sport Conctact 5P tires. The front bumper has been slightly modified, now featuring a new lip with LED lights, rear bumper with color coded apron, a windshield wing and boot lid, as well as new side skirts.

2012 Porsche 911(991) by Sportec

It would of been awkward if Sportec would not participate at this year's Motor Show, at Geneva, they are Swiss after all.

They have released a new tuning program for the latest generation Carrera, which consists in both performance and visual enhancements. Visually the car sits lower, thanks to a new suspension system, which drops the car by 25mm and a set of 20" mono/7 rims, which can also get equipped with cup tires, for extra grip.

Sportec has also been playing under the hood, they adjusted the electronics and changed the catalysts and managed to bend the power output, adding 20HP and 25Nm of torque.

Mini Countryman by JCW

Doesn't matter if it's a Cooper, Mini One, Clubman or Countryman, Mini is still cool, because that's how it is! Where to add that JCW, the famous Mini tuner, has decided to play with the biggest Mini (that sounds weird) a bit. Oh and we like improvements so much!

The Countryman is hooked to an AWD system, with power coming for the new generation 1.6 liter, 4-cylinder engine, twin-scroll turbo and direct injection. Output is around 215HP for the European Market and 211bhp for US and Canada, there's slight differences that Mini is working to solve.

Just as any other JCW model, this one has a tuned suspension, sportier exhaust, new aero and 18" rims.

It finally breaks cover. After seing some of the renders they released, I personally, couldn't wait for the real product.
Techart is known for their way of mixing elegance with sporty and this model isn't an exception.

Nissan rolls out Project Z

Nissan has been one of the automakers that offered the mainstream buyers with a regular budget around the world, to own a performance car, without them selling a kidney for. Add the endless options of tuning and you got a winner!

The latest addition, the face-lifted 370Z has the same treatment, only now, Nissan came with a better idea, tune the car, by fans needs. How? Easy, God created Facebook, well, it was Mark Zuckerberg, but anyway, Nissan is planning to develop the car, right under it's fans eyes, on their Facebook Page.
