As many of you know, the famous Gumball3000 rally was being held last week, with participants covering 3000 miles between Dublin ( IRL ) and Bucharest ( ROU ), this year the last checkpoing before finish happened in my hometown.
Managed to skip work for a couple of hours and took some photos, they are not the greatest, place was crowded, very crowded.

Here's our interpretation of the RS version of the recently unveiled GT4. In a few words, we tweaked the aerodaynamics a little, rear bumper features side vents, side skirts are slightly lower and more aerodynamic, engine scoop behind the door is now carbon fiber for weight reduction. Front fender got the same treatment as the rear one, slightly enlarged, while the front one is ventilated.

Porsche has finally revealed the most hardcore, road going, 911 variant, the GT3 RS. The pinacle of this model is it's weight, it sums up to 1420kg, due to it's aluminium body, combined with magnesium roof and carbon fiber inserts.
It also features all sorts of aerodynamic gimnicks, like proeminent vented front fenders, ducktail like spoiler, which pushes the car even more at high speeds, front lip and rear apron were modified.

You know that feeling when you leave your neighborhood for a while, come back and all the kid next door that you knew, is all teen now? Well, pretty much this happened with the Cayman, left alone for a while, went to the gym and now it's a baby GT3, but with a manual!
So what's all the fuss with the GT4? It's supposed to be a statement, that Porsche never gave up the development of 2-door sports cars and probably never will.

"The forgotten Porsche", that's what all the automotive blogs wrote about the car i'm going to show you in this post. it all began in 1966, when this 911 was sent to Automotive Engineering department at the University of Aache, so it would of been turned into a retractable roof 911, meant for races.

TechArt will be showcasing their new tuning package for the Porsche 911 Turbo at the 84th 2014 Geneva International Motor Show.
The TechArt program for the 911 Turbo will include the TechArt Power Kit TA 091/T1. No actual specifications have been released, but the kit will be based on the intelligent engine management system called Techtronic. This will provide much more power to the 3.8-liter 911 Turbo which already produces 520 HP (383 kW).

What's new, we can spot a new roof, which features a removable section and comes with a thick B-pillar as well as a fixed rear window.
Engine units will likely carry over from the fixed roof version so you will be able to choose from a 350 HP six-cylinder 3.4-liter and a 400 HP six-cylinder 3.8-liter in the Targa S version which can be seen in these official pics in the all-wheel drive 4S.
