Mercedes Benz Concept Coupe SUV
After a delay of almost 7 years, Mercedes finally announced a BMW X6 competitor, called Coupe SUV. With an almost 5 meters long body, it only features a 1.75m height, due to that sleek roof line.

There's plenty of BMW X6 similarities, but the color is an Alu Beam, dedicated to 30s Silver Arrows. There's ALL-LED both front and back, an 4MATIC system and 9-speed gearbox with torque convertor.

The power unit is a 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbocharged engine rated at 333HP and 480 Nm of torque available between 1,400 and 4,000 rpm.

How's 400HP coming from a Golf R, nothing that couldn't be done, eh? But, how's 400HP coming straight from VW and not aftermarket tuning? Caught your attention, good, here goes.

We have a 2.0L unit  which develops 400HP and 450NM of torque, how? Well, VW did changed the turbo unit, with a high spool one and reinforced crank case.

The unit is hooked to the 4motion system and a 6-speed DSG gearbox and it's enough to plow the car to 100km.h in 3.9s.

BMW Vision Luxury Concept
BMW steps up the Premium brand and expresses what luxury really means by their terms. With the latests Vision Luxury Concept, which hints towards the look of the 7 Series, they showed a coupe-ish 4 door shape with no B Pillar, dipped into a Liquid Platinum Bronze paint, with large kidney grilles and laserd lights.

Being lightweight built, the chasis is build of carbon fiber, with other carbon goodies along the bodywork, like grille spats, air breathers and deflectors. Tail lights are something new, which BMW describes as OLED.

Prior to Beijing debut, Peugeot just reavealed a gorgeous 4 door coupe concept, called Exalt. The entire car is being based and has all sorts of hints from the Onyx Concept.

 

Kepp your heads-up as the official reveal will be later this month, set on 20th of April.

MINI Clubman Concept

Prior to Geneva's Auto Salon, MINI has revealed near-production Clubman Concept. This right here, is the largest MINI, measuring 4223mm long, 1844mm wide and 1450mm tall. Comparing it with the previous model, this one features four frameless front-hinged doors while the split rear doors have been retained.
 
 
The interior looks more conceptual than the exterior, MINI sustains that this is a hint of what we can expect from the future models - premium materials, like real wood, with chrome and alluminium inserts, LCD displays with all sorts of informations.

Kia GT4 Stinger Concept


Kia doesn't stop to impress us, they just revealed at Detroit, a 2+2 coupe with rear wheel drive. It's called GT4 Stinger and has an interesting styling, muscular i might add, with double vented hood, prominent arches, an imposing tiger grille and a blasting yellow color, called Ignition Yellow.

Ok, power time! The Stinger has a 4-cylinder 2.0-liter T-GDI gasoline engine boasting 315 bhp  connected to the rear axle through a 6-speed manual gearbox. Stopping power comes from Brembo Gran Turismo two-piece cross-drilled rotors with four-piston calipers.

Toyota has reached the surface, what they presented at Detroit is a little bit of FT-HS, LFA and LF-LC concept - in one car the Future Toyota, or FT-1 Concept - and boy it looks fenomenal.

What's distinctive is that they moved the A pillars towards the back and it features a wrap-around windshield. And it doesn't stop here, the concept has everything a super-coupe needs, low profile tires, low  body, front engined - rear wheel drive.

The inside looks depicted from the SCI-FI movies, with all sorts of LEDs and an F1 inspired steering wheel.

Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge Concept


What happens when you combine F1 technology and parts into a road going car? You get something like this, aerodynamic body with lots and lots of carbon parts, big 21" wheels and huge brakes. As you would think, with all these enhancements, the car should pull up some nice power, it sure does, production model will boast over 500HP - which sounds like it's ready to hti the scene where the Germans currently dominate.

Citroen DS3 Cabrio Racing


Following the Racing Coupe, the Cabrio will probably be a limited-run of 200 units. The car still hasn't been green-lighted, but after it's launch at Goodwood Festival, we can expect it.

The car sits on 19" glossy black alloy wheels and comes with black chrome inserts on the door mirrors, handles and boot trim. Other highlights include Carmin-colored brake calipers, wheel hubs, black canvas roof and door mirror housings. The cabin comes with bucket seats wrapped around in Nappa, leather and Alcantara, along with a Carmin finish for the dashboard, seat housings and gearshift.
