2014 Audi RS5 DTM

I know i said this year will be a great Motorsports one, BMW has a new car and now Audi steps up the game with an improved RS5 as it follows improved aerodynamics package that includes new mirrors, side-mounted canards and revised rear wheel arches. The car has also been equipped with a honeycomb grille and new air ducts that feed the engine and the brakes.

The DTM regulations are very strict so there's no big changes, just some inter suspension adjustments and most of the other changes will be done before the race.

2014 BMW M4 Coupe DTM

Time to spice things up, as BMW just released their track weapon for this year's DTM Season. It was expected that the new car would be based on the new M4 Coupe, but don't expect many resamblances other than the headlights and tails.

The racer weights as little as 1170kg and it's being powered by a NA V8 engine which develops 480HP and 500NM of torque, i believe this car flies. Transmission magic happens due to a 6speed sequential gearbox, with the help of 2 hydraulic flappy paddles.

Hennessey Venom GT beats Bugatti Veyron Super Sport

Remember the Hennessey Venom GT that caught everyone's attention with its crazy fast speed? Well, as of now, it's officially the world's fastest car as it hits 270.49 mph at the Kennedy Space Center. The Venom GT beats the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport which held the previous title with a top speed of 268.86 mph.

Although, it is technically the world's fastest car, it can't receive the title since Gusiness Record requires the average speed from two runs. Since NASA only allowed Hennessey one run, the title was out of reach. The manufacturer also had to have a minimum of 30 cars and Hennessey stated that they will only produce 29 Venom GT's.

2014 Mini John Cooper Works

This doesn't look like a concept to us and we hope the production model, which will arrive later this year, will look the same.

The car is painted in a funky color named Bright Highways Grey, doubled with red accents. We can spot aggressive styling along the bodywork, there's also a boot spoiler and the car sits on 18" alloys - a true hot-hatchback.

Although tech specs weren't revealed, we expect a 2.0L gasoline unit, which develops around 220HP.
